Experience in planning and managing traditional and web-based library client services

Recent** experience in participating in the development of library policies and procedures

Experience in managing human resources

Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and in conducting a variety of outreach activities (training, orientation, marketing, focus groups).

**Recent experience is defined as experience acquired within the past five years
